Venturi Divider Modification |
|||||||||
Along with cylinder porting, intake modifications can improve the rideability of your machine as well as improving the power. Through extensive research in the flow characteristics, Rich has learned that the Venturi Divider System provides quicker throttle response and improved rideability at 1/2 and/or 1/4 throttle for 2-strokes & 4-strokes engines. Without a Venturi Divider System, the throttle slide acts as a "Wall" when open only partially. The air that "hits the wall" has nowhere to go except down and back out where it came from. This causes turbulence, which disrupts and slows down the air which is trying to flow under/past the throttle slide of the carb.
Even without the VForce3 Reed Valve System, this is truly one of the most effective modifications that you can make to your vintage 2-stroke motorcycle engine. Combined with the VForce3 Reed Valve System, a pipe and porting, the results are vintage machines which are faster and easier to ride than they ever hoped to be back on the day! It should be noted that adding a Venturi Divider System is not just for vintage engines. This is truly one of the most effective modifications that you can make to your modern 2 & 4-stroke motorcycle carburetor as well.
